Founders and managing partners Eitan Levy and Jacky Swissa bring to Israel’s dynamic civilian construction market their extensive experience in managing modern and complex housing projects for the defense establishment, as well as innovation, creativity and meticulous standards of service and quality. Ayala Agam specializes in organizing and accompanying purchase groups and building associations (amutot) from early project stages (land purchase) up to final delivery of the housing unit, and beyond. The Ayala Agam team provides across-the-board guidance and support in all legal, planning, financial and engineering aspects of the project, while maintaining full transparency and tailoring solutions to customer needs. Jacky Swissa
Managing Partner
Colonel (res.) Jacky Swissa is the former director of the IDF’s Housing Projects Administration, where he led the construction of 30,000 housing units for IDF personnel and their families. He has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Jacky’s broad real estate development and entrepreneurship experience includes identifying suitable real estate investment opportunities; launching new projects; financial and engineering analyses; advertising and marketing; and overseeing the engineering aspects of construction. Since the inception of Ayala Agam, he has successfully managed dozens of projects consisting of hundreds of housing units across the country, from conception to completion. Jacky lives in Rosh Ha’ayin with his wife and their four children.
Eitan Levy
Managing Partner
Brigadier General (res.) Eitan Levy is responsible for financial and general management of Ayala Agam. In the past, he served as the Deputy Head of the Manpower Directorate of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). He has a B.A. in Human Resources from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and an MA in Political Science from Haifa University. During his extensive career in the IDF, Levy served as chairman of residential housing associations that oversaw the construction of thousands of housing units. Eitan also gained experience managing real estate and energy projects in the civil sector in Israel and abroad when he served as the CEO and on the board of several leading Israeli companies Levy is married and the father of three children, and lives in Modiin.

Ronen Ben Yehuda, CPA
CEO
Lt. Colonel (res.) Ronen Ben Yehuda is a former director of the IDF’s Housing Projects Administration. He has a B.A. in Economics and Accountancy from Bar Ilan University; a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from Natanya College; and an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from Bar Ilan University. In addition to many years of experience in managing residential housing and neighborhood construction projects, Ronen is well versed in many economic and business aspects pertaining to hi-tech, pensions, wage policies and labor agreements. A resident of Matan, he is married with three children.
